Welcome to Corpus Christi Beach Condo

Our condos are located in the Villa Del Sol Condominium Resort and are beach front to beautiful Corpus Christi Beach! They are priced like a hotel, but will accommodate up to six people. They are all furnished, have a fully equipped kitchen and all have beach views! Our condos feature a bunk bed on the left side of the hallway as you enter, a private bedroom to the right, a full bath, a kitchenette and a family room with a queen sized sofa sleeper and has that fabulous view. The property, Villa Del Sol, is a gated community for your protection, has one heated pool, one non heated pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor grilling stations as well as, ice machines, washing machines and drying machines in each building on the premises. From our condos you can stroll down the beach or the boardwalk to the USS Lexington Museum, the Texas State Aquarium, several Restaurants and Beach Gift Shops.

We are conveniently located between Downtown Corpus Christi, Texas, and Portland, Texas, and are within five minutes of downtown Corpus Christi, eight minutes from Portland, twenty minutes from Port Aransas and only three minutes from seeing a professional baseball game at Whataburger Field (home of the AA Corpus Christi Hooks). In Corpus you will find numerous upscale seafood restaurants, night clubs, the Marina, upscale shopping, museums and seasonal attractions, including the Columbus Fleet which are three full sized replicas of the Nina, the Pinta and the Santa Maria. In Portland you will find a movie theater, great Mexican food, Starbucks, groceries and of course Wal-mart. Port Aransas is famous in Texas for it's Ferry Boat and it's Deep Sea Fishing. If your not into deep sea fishing then take advantage of our Corpus Christi Beach which is a great place to put your line in for salt water trout fishing and it's also rated in the top five in the world for kite surfing.
